Project overview:
We enlisted and provided training for volunteers from the local community in research methodologies. Subsequently, they carried out research within their own networks. Within a few weeks, our community researchers successfully conducted hundreds of interviews and surveys. Collaborating with us, they analysed key themes, formulated recommendations, and ultimately contributed to the writing of the report.

As a component of the project, we arranged a housing conference that invited local residents to engage with department heads. During this event, we presented the report and secured commitment for the implementation of the recommendations.
