· Conducted comprehensive research on housing issues in the community through our trained community researchers.

Street Lighting Research
· Conducted safety assessments related to lighting and road conditions in the community.
· Compiled a safety report highlighting areas of concern. · Advocated for improvements in lighting and road safety measures to enhance community safety and well-being. Community-Led Road Safety Initiative:
· Conducted research into with regards to safety issues on the road in the neighbourhood.
· Took insight from local residents with regards to issues and challenges they are facing. · Allowed a platform of engagement with stakeholders including the local authority and Transport for London. Ladies Lane

· Ensuring participants were equipped with the relevant experience and training required to be more confident in the work place. · Ensured communication between key stakeholders and along with different research methodologies to approach the challenges faced by women with the community. |
